  1. Presently applicable to Defence and central government pensioners covered by “scheme for payment of pensions to central government civil Pensioners”
  2. It is optional for the pensioner to submit digital or physical life certificate.
  3. State government and other Pension Sanctioning Authorities will avail this facility.

  5. Electronic delivery of certificates is now being facilitated by Punjab national bank and state bank of india.
  6. Hassle free process and much easier for pensioners (no requirement for pensioners to travel to pension disbursing agencies)
